Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services.
By engaging with Sablemont (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms which govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and our business in relation to all travel planning and concierge services provided.
1. Scope of Services
Sablemont provides bespoke travel planning and consulting services including, but not limited to, itinerary design, hotel and villa bookings, exclusive experiences, transportation coordination, and full-service travel execution.
Each trip is customized. Specific services and deliverables will be outlined and agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Service Fees & Payment
All planning fees are non-refundable and required before itinerary development begins. Additional supplier costs and bookings will be quoted and invoiced separately.
- Full-service planning fees are based on the complexity of the trip and number of travelers.
- A la carte services may incur separate fees, outlined in advance.
- Final payment for bookings must be received by the specified due date to avoid cancellation.
We accept bank transfer and credit card.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding your travel preferences, restrictions, and legal documents (passports, visas, etc.)
- Review and confirm proposals, documents, and invoices within specified timelines
- Acknowledge that all travel involves some level of inherent risk and that we are not liable for personal loss, injury, or unforeseen events
4. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to an itinerary after confirmation may result in additional fees. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel providers (hotels, cruises, etc.).
We will assist with change or cancellation requests to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee outcomes or recoverable amounts.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we curate your experience with the utmost care, we act as an agent for independent suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). As such, we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence on their part.
Sablemont is not responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or any additional costs arising from disruptions beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, proposals, and written content are the intellectual property of Sablemont. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services or submitting a travel inquiry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
